Great place to live in very quiet and safe but needs a little bit of work like the laundry room and decent the owners are very decent and nice and understanding the lake is amazing I love seeing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises in the morning.

I've lived here for a year. The new owners are decent and hard working. The park is kept clean. The laundry room is bright and the machines are cheap. I feel safe if I walk my dog through the park at 3am. It's extremely quiet. A nice boat ramp and pavilion.

The owners are very nice down to earth people. The staff they have working on the properties are very nice and funny. The mobile homes they have for rent and Cottages they have for rent and anything else they have for rent here are at a great price.
